Fastinox negotiates significant component supply contract
Fastinox are delighted to complete a new supply contract for a Tier 1 supplier to a major Japanese Automotive OEM. The contract is for the supply of fasteners, bracketry, injection moulded plastic parts for Air Conditioning Units. The contract is to supply parts to a single site UK manufacturer initially based on schedules, moving to VMI Program within a short period.
Deliveries are expected to commence late 2020 at Start of Production and ramp up to full volumes Q1-Q2 2021 and extend for a period of 7 years.
It is anticipated that a new additional variant of the unit will be launched late 2021 further increasing volumes.
The knowledge and experience Fastinox has built up over many years as a global supplier supplier to multiple customers was key to this award. The new contract will provide a good foundation to deliver our unique services and innovative and sustainable solutions for years to come.
